Cara Jones

Cara Jones teaches a dynamic form of Vinyasa Yoga that combines breath work, fluid movement, and fun music. Her public classes and one-on-one sessions reflect her experience of yoga as an invaluable tool to connect and align with deeper parts of oneself.
Cara discovered yoga while on a backpacking trip through India. She studied at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Kerala, India and then completed a 200-hour teacher training with Prana Yoga in Boston, Massachusetts.  Since moving to San Francisco, she has completed a 100-hour training with Rusty Wells and has been inspired by the artful teaching of Janet Stone, Les Leventhal, and Stephanie Snyder.
